What sort of Secure Online Payment does PetDrugNet.com use?

We use Secure Socket Lay system to handle the credit card payment. SSL acts as a secure payment gateway where you can use your credit card to pay for goods online. PetDrugNet.com does not store your credit card details.

Email Notification - Very important please read.

To receive email notification of your order please add customer@petdrugnet.com to your email address book. PetDrugNet has found that clients sometimes do not recieve an email notification as there email service provider sees our notification as unsolicited email or Spam.

When will my goods arrive?

During week days we aim to fill your order and mail on the same day, we estimate that is 7-10 days you will have your order. If you order during a peak period ie the December Christmas and new year period the delivery time is normally 14 - 21 days. If you order over the weekend we have to wait till Monday to send it, so this adds some at most 2 additional days to the estimated time of arrival.

Do I need to provide a prescription to order any of your products?

No, because these products are considered over the counter products outside the USA no prescription is required.

Are these the same products my Vet sells, are these genuine?

Yes, all our products are from the same manufacturers that provide products to your local vet.

Can I return products which I bought from PetDrugNet.com?

If you ordered the wrong product you can return it to us in its original condition and we will refund the price of the product to you. Or we can arrange to exchange the product if it is returned in original condition.
